Why body weight exercise routines are more effective than other exercise forms?

 

Going to the gym or converting your home into a personal gym is something most of the fitness conscious people do. But in reality, rather than using external equipment to train your body, body weight exercise routines are more effective and better than any other exercise forms. Recently, there was a scientific investigation that actually proved that body weight exercises were better at muscle building than any other forms of exercises, especially those that use external equipment for the work out.

Using a new electromagnetic device that was able to measure the muscular activity of a particular person, it was decided to compare the muscle activity of body weight exercise routines and other exercises done in a gym to find which is more effective. And the results obtained were so surprising and unique.

It was found that these body weight exercise routines involved more muscular activity all over the body better than any other exercise form. This is obviously advantageous as muscles need to be worked to make them better and thus these exercise routines work better at this muscle building. Thus, these exercise routines are more effective than general exercises
